CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
• Must have booked directly through the hotel (website or central booking service).
• For stays of at least 7 nights.
• Not included for double rooms with terrace.
• Must request ahead at hotel reception or through the booking department, with hotel confirmation.
• Available June to September (check availability directly with reception other times of year).

• Pick-up/drop-off points: Train stations (Tarragona, Salou, PortAventura, Reus and AVE Tarragona Camp) Salou Bus Station and Reus Airport.
ONCE HOTEL RECEPTION HAS CONFIRMED AVAILABILITY, GUESTS MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
• Transfer vehicles can’t park more than 5 minutes at the station/airport, so guests must call the driver to get picked up after they have arrived at their destination and collected their luggage (Tel: (+34) 977 350 048).

• Notify Reception of the following information: pick-up point, expected arrival time, number of adults and children, number of bags (only one suitcase per person allowed), flight/train/bus number, origin of flight/train/bus.

• Notify the hotel at least one day in advance of any changes to arrival/departure times.
• Outgoing transfers must be confirmed with Reception at least 48 hours in advance.
