Show us proof of a better rate on another website (with a screenshot, etc.)
The better rate must be for the same type of room and conditions (board, dates, number of persons, etc.). It must also include all the extra costs (fees, tax, administration fees, etc.). In summary, the total to pay at the end of the booking process must be lower than the total amount to pay through our website.
The following are not included in the guarantee:
· A rate that forms part of a package holiday.
· A group rate or company discount.
· Confidential rates or those not published online.
